Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and platform configuration. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and functional consultants to develop scalable Salesforce solutions and support enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

- Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Configure Salesforce features including Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Flows.

- Develop and maintain Reports & Dashboards for business users.

- Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities.

- Support data migration, code deployment, and release management using Change Sets, ANT, and Eclipse.

- Collaborate with QA teams for testing, defect resolution, and deployment validation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discussions.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and support.

- Experience with automation testing initiatives

- Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

- Knowledge of integration with third-party systems
