Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CG Cloud, AI, and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agentforce and Einstein Analytics, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value through advanced cloud technologies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs

- Build scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce CG Cloud, AI capabilities, and Data Cloud

- Develop and maintain Agentforce applications to support field service and agent operations

- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Einstein Analytics for business insights

- Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CG Cloud, AI, and Data Cloud

- Experience working with Agentforce and Einstein Analytics

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and DevOps processes

- Solid understanding of data integration, analytics, and AI within the Salesforce ecosystem

- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI and automation tools

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds and integration techniques
