About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data integration, identity resolution, customer data modeling, and Salesforce platform technologies, enabling organizations to build unified customer profiles and deliver personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).

- Configure data ingestion pipelines from Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

- Build and maintain Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, Identity Resolution Rules, and Unified Customer Profiles.

- Design customer segmentation, activation strategies, and audience creation for marketing and customer engagement use cases.

- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications.

- Develop APIs and data integrations using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, or other middleware platforms.

- Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and data quality management.

- Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and resolve production defects.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Support deployment, testing, release management, and production support activities.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and development best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of overall IT experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform technologies and CRM data models.

- Experience with Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Unified Profiles.

- Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or external systems.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.

- Experience working with ETL tools or middleware such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.

- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer identity management, and data governance.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
