- Configure and customize Salesforce Data Cloud features, including identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows, to optimize data utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven strategies that align with business goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and configuration guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop data solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform, including data modeling, data integration, and segmentation strategies.

- Proven experience in implementing data integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and various source systems, utilizing APIs, connectors, and other integration tools.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices, with the ability to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
