Overview:

We are hiring a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with some experience in Agentforce , 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and proven execution of at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.

The candidate must have hands-on architecture and delivery experience across all phases of Data Cloud projects including ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations

- Design architecture for:

a. Data Streams & ingestion

b. Data Model Objects (DMOs)

c. Identity Resolution

d. Calculated Insights & Segmentation

e. Activation to Sales / Service / Marketing Cloud

- Define data harmonization, governance, and privacy strategy

- Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce and external systems (APIs / middleware)

- Guide technical teams through build, UAT, and go-live

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience

- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Salesforce Data Cloud project implementations

- Strong expertise in Data Cloud configuration and architecture

- Experience with integrations and data transformation

- Good understanding of data governance and compliance

- Experience with Marketing Cloud / CDP (Preferred)

- MuleSoft or integration platform exposure (Preferred)

- Salesforce Data Cloud certification (Preferred)

- Agentforce experience is mandatory
