Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Data 360 Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), customer data management, data integration, and building unified customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud solutions.

- Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified customer profiles.

- Configure identity resolution, segmentation, and data mapping.

- Build customer insights and support personalized marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud implementations.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).

- Knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and customer data platforms (CDPs).

- Experience with identity resolution, segmentation, and data ingestion.

- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and CRM concepts.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
