Job Description - Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with Snowflake & Fivetran Experience

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with hands-on expertise in Snowflake to support dashboard/report development, enhancements, and data transformation activities. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to design, build, and optimize analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboard & Report Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, datasets, and lenses in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).

- Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical reports and visualizations.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy.

- Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions with business stakeholders.

Maintenance & Enhancements :

- Support enhancements, fixes, and change requests for existing dashboards and datasets.

- Analyze and resolve UAT and production issues in collaboration with business teams.

- Continuously improve analytics assets based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Data Integration & ETL :

- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data models for CRMA.

- Perform basic data transformations in Snowflake using SQL, joins, aggregations, and stored procedures as required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of overall experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting roles.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).

- Strong experience designing datasets, recipes, dataflows, dashboards, and lenses in CRMA.

- Proficient SQL skills with hands-on experience using Snowflake data warehouse.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
