Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Salesforce CPQ integration initiatives for mergers and acquisitions, including org consolidation, system migrations, and process harmonization.

- Design scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, APIs, and integration platforms.

- Drive product catalog, pricing, contract, and approval process standardization across acquired businesses.

- Manage data migration activities including cleansing, deduplication, reconciliation, and validation.

- Partner with Business, PMO, Engineering, ERP, and Data teams to ensure seamless post-merger integration.

- Perform technical due diligence and assess acquired Salesforce environments, integrations, and CPQ implementations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8-12+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.

- Strong experience in M&A integrations, Salesforce org consolidation, and large-scale data migrations.

- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
