Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CG Cloud Lead to design, develop, and support Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions both Online and Offline CG mobile app. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, leadership capabilities, and expertise in DevOps and CICD pipelines. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, managing end-to-end delivery, and ensuring scalable, high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Job Description :

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Consumer Goods Cloud-Retail Execution

- Strong understanding of Consumer goods cloud web & Offline mobile app configuration/customization

- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management tools like Data Loader.

- Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.

- SDLC Knowledge : Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the consumer goods industry and its specific business processes

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce CG Cloud Functional Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions including :

- CG Offline Mobile app development

- Account Retail Execution

o Visit Planning

o Promotion Management

o Order Management DSD

Indirect Sales :

- Act as a subject matter expert for CG Cloud features and best practices.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.

Development Customization :

Hands-on development using :

- Apex Classes, Triggers

- Lightning Web Components LWC

- Visualforce as needed

- Flows and Process Automation

- Develop and customize CG Cloud data models in offline mobile app, UI components, and integrations.

- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Support Maintenance

Lead production support activities including :

- Incident management

- Root cause analysis

- Bug fixes and enhancements

- Work closely with business users to resolve issues and improve system usability.

- Manage Salesforce releases, patches, and upgrades.

DevOps Build Pipeline :

- Design and manage CICD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as :

a. Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHubGitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar

b. Implement version control strategies Git-based branching models.

c. Automate deployments, testing, and validation across environments.

d. Enforce Salesforce development and deployment best practices.

Integration Architecture :

- Lead integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs.

- Work with middleware tools e.g., MuleSoft where applicable.

- Ensure proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.

Required Skills Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud-retail execution & offline mobile app

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture

- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce security model

- Proven experience in DevOps, CICD, and release management

- Experience in AgileScrum delivery models

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design workshops

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce certifications such as :

- Salesforce Platform Developer III

- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accreditation

- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred

- Experience in FMCG CPG domain

- Exposure to mobile Salesforce applications and offline capabilities
