We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (TPM) professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Consumer Goods Cloud implementations, and Salesforce platform customization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that optimize trade promotions, retail execution, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) solutions with a focus on Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Configure and customize Consumer Goods Cloud features to support trade promotions, retail execution, account planning, and field sales operations.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.

- Manage promotion planning, budgeting, claims management, and trade spend optimization workflows.

- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, POS systems, and third-party business applications.

- Ensure smooth data synchronization and reporting across systems.

- Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, deployments, and release management.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Work closely with QA, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM functionalities.

- Strong understanding of Trade Promotion Management processes and retail execution workflows.

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and sharing rules.

- Experience working with ERP integrations such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications preferred.

- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries.

- Exposure to trade spend management and retail analytics solutions is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools is preferred.
