Looking for a Consultant/PL/PM with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The role involves leading customer engagement transformation programs across service operations and marketing automation.

Must Have :

- Led end-to-end implementations on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

- Proven demonstrative skills for solution presentations/demos.

- Conducted discovery/workshops/demos and designed scalable solutions.

- Successfully integrated third party applications using APIs, middleware, and using Provider Salesforce Connected app.

- Managed Project risks, scope changes, timelines and budgets effectively.

- Led the governance and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.

- Build trusted relationships with client sponsors and business stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- For PM role-Candidate must have PMI Certification.

Required Experience :

- 8 to 15 years of Salesforce consulting/implementation experience

- Strong experience with Salesforce Service cloud and marketing cloud.

- AgenticAI, and Experience Cloud / Community Cloud Preferred

- Deep understanding of service cloud and marketing cloud domains.

- Adaptive to proactive approach to independently lead the engagements from project kick-off to go-live.
