Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Conga Technical Architect, you will serve as the primary technical authority for complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable, high-performance solutions that bridge the gap between complex business requirements and Salesforce platform capabilities. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of global sales operations, ensuring seamless document generation, contract negotiation, and revenue management processes for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect end-to-end Conga CLM and CPQ solutions to streamline complex sales cycles and improve contract accuracy for global clients.

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Conga Composer and Conga CLM workflows to automate document generation and lifecycle management.

- Oversee the development of custom Apex triggers, controllers, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard configurations.

- Provide strategic technical guidance to development teams, ensuring that all code and configurations adhere to best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural roadmaps.

- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and performance tuning on existing Salesforce and Conga environments to resolve critical bottlenecks and system limitations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns, with the ability to build complex, custom-coded solutions.

- Strong consultative communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Proven ability to manage full-lifecycle projects, from initial discovery and solution design through to deployment and post-go-live support.

- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and its intersection with Conga's document generation and contract management engines.

- Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across distributed global teams.

- Candidates must possess 10 to 20 years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture and ecosystem development.
