About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Conga CPQ Lead with 7+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Conga CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting CPQ solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Conga CPQ.

- Configure products, pricing, quoting, and related CPQ processes.

- Collaborate with business, functional, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Provide technical support and resolve issues in existing CPQ applications.

- Work on Salesforce integrations, APIs, and web services as required.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Maintain technical documentation, development processes, configuration details, and technical specifications.

- Follow best practices for development, deployment, and version control.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce, Conga CPQ, and cloud technologies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of CPQ solutions and development processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of overall experience in Salesforce/Conga CPQ.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Conga CPQ.

- Good understanding of CPQ configuration, product setup, pricing, and quoting processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Experience with API integrations and web services.

- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.

- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.

- Good understanding of Salesforce development and deployment practices.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidate Profile :

- Strong technical and functional understanding of Conga CPQ.

- Ability to independently own CPQ implementation and support activities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities.
