Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (OMS) professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Order Management System (OMS), Commerce Cloud implementations, and enterprise e-commerce solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing order management workflows, integrations, and customer commerce experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce OMS solutions.

- Lead end-to-end OMS implementation projects including order orchestration, fulfillment, returns, and inventory management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure and customize Salesforce OMS features to support business processes and operational workflows.

- Integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with ERP, payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM, and third-party applications.

- Develop and maintain APIs, middleware integrations, and event-driven workflows.

- Ensure seamless omnichannel commerce experiences across web, mobile, and retail platforms.

- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, deployment planning, and release management.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) implementation and customization.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce order lifecycle, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and returns management.

- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B capabilities.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, APIs, and integration frameworks.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, payment gateways, and third-party commerce platforms.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and event-driven architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce OMS certifications preferred.

- Experience working in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods domains.

- Exposure to cloud-native and microservices-based architectures is an added advantage.

- Experience leading offshore/onshore teams and managing client interactions.
