Role Overview :

Mastek is looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and rollout of scalable and high-performance eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SFCC architecture, including SFRA and Headless implementations, and will work closely with customers and Salesforce teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Experience Required :

- Total IT Experience: 12+ years

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC): 7+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce B2C Commerce solutions

- Lead SFRA and Headless Commerce architecture and implementation

- Create high-level system architecture for headless applications

- Conduct customer workshops, solution reviews, and Salesforce SRA & launch gate reviews

- Integrate SFCC with other Salesforce Clouds such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud

- Drive third-party integrations including Payment, Tax, Search, ERP, OMS, and Address Verification

- Ensure performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable architecture

- Support CI/CD build and deployment processes

Required Technical Skills:

1. Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware) architecture and implementation

2. SFRA architecture and Headless Commerce

3. OCAPI, SCAPI, Custom APIs

4. SFRA Controllers, Demandware Scripts, DW Forms Framework

5. ISML Templates, Page Designer, Service Framework, Job Framework

6. Business Manager configuration and OCAPI setup

7. Managed Runtime setup, API caching, data and code replication

8. Spring Bootbased application development

9. Build and deployment processes

10. Front-end technologies: AngularJS, jQuery, AJAX

11. Site performance optimization and security best practices

Certifications (Mandatory) :

- Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Certification

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce B2C Solution Architect Certification
