Salesforce Cloud Engineer/Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, along with a solid understanding of cloud-based CRM systems. Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud

- Develop custom applications using :

1. Apex classes, triggers

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Visualforce (if applicable)

- Configure Salesforce features :

1. Workflows, Process Builder, Flows

2. Validation rules, profiles, permission sets

- Manage data :

1. Data import/export (Data Loader, APIs)

2. Data modeling and schema design

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using :

1. REST / SOAP APIs

2. Middleware tools

- Build and maintain scalable and secure cloud solutions

- Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Apex programming

2. Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

- Good understanding of :

1. Object-oriented programming

2. Data modeling and relationships

- Experience with :

1. REST/SOAP APIs

2. Git / version control

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Salesforce Cloud Knowledge :

- Sales Cloud

- Service Cloud

- Experience Cloud (preferred)

- Basic understanding of :

1. Marketing Cloud (good to have)

Good to Have :

- Salesforce certifications :

1. Salesforce Certified Administrator

2. Platform Developer I
