Purpose Of The Role :

Our leading Manufacturing MNC Client is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Support Analyst to join IT team in Mumbai.

This is a single all-rounder position responsible for owning our Salesforce platform day-to-day across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, responding to support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries.

- Execute change requests end-to-end: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, UAT coordination, and deployment under the Minova Change Request process.

- Build and maintain Salesforce automations including Screen Flows, record-triggered Flows, scheduled Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Develop Apex code (triggers, classes, batch, scheduled) where declarative tools are insufficient, including writing and maintaining test classes to required code coverage.

- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to meet business reporting needs within Salesforce.

- Assist business software owners by researching platform capabilities, evaluating enhancement requests, and advising on what is achievable within the platform.

- Contribute to data quality management including data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and import/export activities using Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector.

- Support integration points between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, escalating complex integration issues as appropriate.

- Participate in regression testing and post-deployment validation to ensure changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.

- Create and maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, technical specifications, and change request records.

- Develop training materials and support user adoption initiatives as the platform matures.

- Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and automation processes, flagging and resolving issues proactively.

- Stay current with Salesforce release cycles, assessing new features for relevance and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
