About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Salesforce technical and functional expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to drive requirements gathering, backlog grooming, user story management, testing coordination, and successful sprint execution.

The candidate should possess hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements for current and upcoming user stories

- Review and refine drafted user stories

- Identify gaps, overlaps, and conflicting requirements

- Collaborate with functional teams to maintain and prioritize the product backlog

- Ensure user stories comply with DAS standards

- Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions

Sprint & Agile Coordination :

- Ensure stories are reviewed, approved, and sufficiently granular

- Participate in estimation sessions and dependency analysis

- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for smooth sprint execution

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Identify testing scenarios and required test data

- Conduct smoke testing during sprints

- Monitor QA progress and sprint milestones

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging

- Ensure timely UAT sign-off from business stakeholders

Stakeholder Management :

- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams

- Conduct sprint demos and gather stakeholder feedback

- Resolve conflicts and remove project impediments

- Share product knowledge with support teams

Documentation & Support :

Maintain project documentation including :

- Workflow diagrams

- Mockups

- Data dictionaries

- Process documentation

- Support PM teams with QA deliverables and milestones
