Job Description :

- Banking Domain experience

- Salesforce Sales cloud

- CRM Assessment project experience would be an added advantage

- Salesforce Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Banking domain and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive business and functional analysis initiatives.

Job Description :

- Extensive expertise in Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Trade Finance, Client Services, Complaints Handling and KYC/KYB desks.

- Create business cases for the above-mentioned line of businesses.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations

- Utilize deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud to design and optimize sales processes

- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of solutions

- Evaluate existing Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience

- Support the development of training materials and user documentation to facilitate adoption of Salesforce solutions

- Stay updated with Salesforce Sales Cloud features and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions

- Participate in testing and validation of Salesforce Sales Cloud customizations and integrations

- CRM Assessment project experience would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead business and functional analysis efforts specific to Salesforce banking domain projects.

- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements

- Define and document user stories process flows and use cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements

- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure requirements are accurately implemented

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders

- Identify risks and issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and propose mitigation strategies

- Facilitate user acceptance testing UAT and support issue resolution during deployment phases

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the Salesforce domain
