Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements through client interactions and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations.
- Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) and supported end-user training on Salesforce functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with demonstrated learning progress (please include Trailhead profile link in application).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in client communication or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Webkuls product ecosystem or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
