Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead

Description : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce commerce solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with ownership of solution design, team guidance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Scope :

- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions

- Provide technical leadership across Apex, LWC, and integration layers

- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring best practices and delivery quality

- Design scalable architectures integrating Salesforce with NoSQL data stores

- Review code, manage technical debt, and ensure performance optimization

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for solution alignment

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience

- 2+ years of experience as a Technical / Development Lead

- Strong expertise in :

1. Salesforce B2B Commerce

2. Apex Development

3. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB)

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
