Looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions powered by Agentforce and AI-driven technologies. In this role, you will lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and intelligent Salesforce ecosystems by leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, Apex, Flow, and AI-powered automation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, define architectural standards, and drive the successful deployment of AI-enabled business solutions for global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the implementation of AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.

- Architect robust Salesforce Data Models and Data Cloud solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build intelligent conversational AI agents using Agentforce capabilities.

- Configure agent topics, actions, and workflows using Apex and Salesforce Flow.

- Design and implement AI-driven automation to streamline complex business processes.

- Leverage Einstein Trust Layer to build secure and compliant AI solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.

- Provide architectural governance, design reviews, and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

- Mentor development teams and establish Salesforce development best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution teams, and leadership to define technical roadmaps.

- Evaluate technical risks and recommend scalable architectural solutions.

- Drive innovation by adopting emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and enterprise integration patterns.

Required Qualifications :

- 812 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise implementations.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Foundations and Agentforce.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Architecture.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Expertise in Einstein Trust Layer and AI-powered Salesforce capabilities.

- Experience building intelligent conversational AI agents.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Flow, and custom Salesforce development.

- Experience integrating AI-driven solutions with Salesforce platforms.

- Proven expertise in enterprise solution architecture and technical leadership.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
