Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals across Architect and Lead roles to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The positions cover various Salesforce technologies and clouds, including SFDC, Lightning, LWC, Aura, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CPG.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and transformation initiatives.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Apex.

- Work across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CPG.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices.

- Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and scalability.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams.

- Lead technical teams and provide guidance to Salesforce developers and consultants.

- Support solution estimations, technical discussions, client workshops, and project delivery.
