Salesforce Architect - PSA/CPQ, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that align with industry best practices and Hexaware's strategic objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects, driving efficiency, and maximizing the value of the Salesforce platform for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging PSA and CPQ functionalities to meet complex business requirements for clients.

- Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configurations, and integrations to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations to enhance the functionality and value of the Salesforce platform for clients.

- Conduct code reviews and performance testing to ensure the quality, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce offerings and capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, particularly in PSA and CPQ environments.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are highly preferred.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
