Job Requirements :

- Strong Salesforce Architect profile

- Salesforce Architect certification is mandatory

- 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience

- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, design and implementation

- Should be comfortable working onsite from Hyderabad

- Candidate must currently be from NCR and ready to relocate

- Good client-facing and communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that translate intricate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance technical solutions for our diverse client portfolio.

- Lead the technical governance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, data integrity, and system performance to maintain a stable production environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the integration of Salesforce with third-party enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across the entire tech stack.

- Mentor junior developers and technical leads by providing architectural guidance and code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations that keep our platform competitive and aligned with evolving business demands.
