Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Architect, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions.


You will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing end-to-end Salesforce ecosystems, with a specialized focus on Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud integrations.


Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will drive the architectural vision that transforms customer experiences and optimizes operational efficiency.


Your work will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our platform, ensuring that our digital transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and seamless user outcomes across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities :

- Design robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures that align with long-term business goals to ensure high performance and system longevity.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud solutions to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and a unified view of patient or customer data.

- Collaborate with business leaders to translate complex functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that every deployment meets rigorous quality and compliance standards.

- Mentor and guide development teams through complex technical challenges, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and best-practice adoption.

- Oversee the integration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to streamline workflows and enhance the overall efficiency of customer-facing operations.

- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and third-party integrations to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous innovation across the platform.


Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in architecting large-scale Salesforce environments, including deep expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud configurations.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot systemic issues and optimize existing architectures for better performance and cost-efficiency.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and fostering collaborative relationships across global, distributed environments.

- High degree of adaptability to diverse work models, including remote, hybrid, or on-site setups, with the ability to maintain productivity and team cohesion in any location.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.
