Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Architect specializing in Agentic AI, you will serve as the technical visionary responsible for bridging the gap between traditional CRM ecosystems and the next generation of autonomous, AI-driven workflows. You will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, ensuring that our platform not only manages data but actively reasons and acts on behalf of our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, executive stakeholders, and engineering squads to translate complex business challenges into scalable, intelligent architectures. By integrating Generative AI into the core Salesforce fabric, you will directly influence how our organization delivers hyper-personalized customer experiences, driving significant operational efficiency and competitive advantage in a digital-first market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end AI-powered solutions by leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and Generative AI frameworks to automate complex business processes and decision-making workflows.

- Design robust integration patterns using Salesforce APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between the Salesforce ecosystem and external AI models or enterprise applications.

- Lead the development of high-performance Lightning Component Frameworks and Apex-based logic to support custom AI-driven interfaces that enhance user productivity.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for AI architecture, ensuring that all implementations are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-grade performance standards.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and Salesforce platform updates to continuously refine our technical roadmap and maintain our position at the forefront of the CRM innovation curve.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex Salesforce architectures with 12 to 15 years of professional experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to build and deploy Agentic AI solutions, specifically utilizing Salesforce Agentforce to create autonomous agents that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce API integration, with a deep understanding of how to optimize these tools for Generative AI workloads.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical AI strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.

- Strong collaborative mindset, capable of leading distributed, remote-first teams while maintaining high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
