Key Responsibilities
:

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture from design to go-live

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement analysis, pre-sales, and solutioning

- Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations

- Drive API and middleware integrations (REST/SOAP) with enterprise systems

- Provide hands-on development support using Apex, LWC, JavaScript

- Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance

- Oversee DevOps setup, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies

- Mentor development teams and ensure code quality and best practices

- Participate in client presentations, demos, and technical discussions

Mandatory Skills
:

- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

- Hands-on expertise in
:

1. Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript

2. REST & SOAP APIs

3. API & Middleware Integration

- Experience in Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

- Proven track record of delivering 2-3 end-to-end Salesforce implementations (architecture to go-live)

- Strong experience in pre-sales and solutioning

- Hands-on coding experience with deep technical understanding

- Experience in DevOps setup and deployment

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Mandatory)

Good-to-Have Skills
:

- Experience with Marketing Cloud

- Exposure to Data Cloud or Automotive Cloud

- Understanding of Automation QA frameworks
