Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

- Design and development of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce), including objects fields and FLS, custom objects, scheduled jobs, validation rules, and flows.

- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.

- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the solutions.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the functionality and quality of the code.

- Work within a daily scrum team, able to communicate blockers and help needed from product owner, technical lead, and other developers across geographies.

- Support the deployment and release management processes using tools such as GitHub, Copado, and Salesforce DX.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the existing applications and integrations.

- Document solution designs in Confluence and update existing process and architecture documentation.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and evaluate and recommend improvements and innovations for the platform.

- Communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for data quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Essential Functions (What you'll need to join Insight:) :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong knowledge and experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, data driven decision making and attention to detail are required.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

- Experience in developing custom applications and integrations on the salesforce platform using various tools and frameworks such as Salesforce DX, Lightning Design System, and SLDS.

- Experience in using GitHub, Copado, SFDX, Jira and other tools for version control and continuous integration.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and platform capabilities.

- Certification in Platform Developer I and II, or equivalent.

- Minimum Salesforce Agentblazer Champion with experience delivering Agentforce agents with Data Cloud, preferred Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
