Job Summary :

We are looking for Salesforce professionals with a strong Salesforce development background and hands-on Agentforce implementation experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant Agentforce experience as specified for this requirement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement and support Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

- Work on Agentforce implementations and enhancements.

- Leverage core Salesforce development experience to deliver scalable solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project teams.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production support.

- Contribute to implementation, enhancement and continuous improvement activities.

Mandatory / Core Skills :

- Salesforce Agentforce

- Minimum 1 year relevant Agentforce experience

- Core Salesforce development background

Good to Have :

- Agentforce certification

- 6 - 12 months Agentforce implementation exposure

- Salesforce development and integration experience
