We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to align business requirements with robust architectural frameworks, especially within BFSI environments.

Key Responsibilities/KRAs :

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Omni-Channel capabilities

- Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture including data model, integrations, and security framework

- Provide technical leadership to development teams on configurations (Flows, Process Builder) and custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components)

- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models across Salesforce implementations

- Design and oversee integration strategies with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools

- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and scalability

- Identify technical debt in existing implementations and drive optimization, refactoring, and modernization initiatives

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to define technical roadmaps and solution strategies

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements (especially in BFSI domain)

- Mentor and guide developers, admins, and junior architects to build a strong Salesforce competency within the organization

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud including Case Management, Knowledge, and Omni-Channel

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules

- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules), and platform limits

- Experience in designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, etc.), and event-driven architectures

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture frameworks and best practices (Well-Architected principles)

- Experience in DevOps processes including CI/CD, version control, and release management for Salesforce

- Familiarity with data migration, data governance, and large data volume (LDV) handling strategies

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect

- Experience working in BFSI domain (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Investments, Trading)

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

Education :

- UG: Any Graduate (Preferred: Engineering or Technology background)
