Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint NERM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions with a strong focus on the NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management) module.

The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, drive customizations, and ensure scalable and secure IAM solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions with a specialized focus on the NERM module.

- Lead end- to- end implementation of SailPoint-based IAM solutions across large enterprise environments.

- Drive customizations, integrations, and enhancements in accordance with business requirements.

- Ensure IAM architecture adheres to industry best practices related to security, compliance, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, development, and infrastructure teams.

- Conduct technical reviews, identify gaps, propose improvements, and guide development teams.

- Provide thought leadership on Identity Governance, Access Management, and risk-based IAM frameworks.

- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of SailPoint solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- All core competencies of a SailPoint Architect role.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SailPoint NERM module.

- Strong background in solution design, customization, and integration within complex enterprise IAM environments.

- Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning, and policies.

- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, compliance frameworks, and risk-based controls.

- Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, and SailPoint APIs.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud identity systems (Azure AD, Okta, etc.).

- Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, and federation technologies.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
