Role Overview :

As a SailPoint ISC Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, security architects, and infrastructure engineers, to deliver robust and scalable IAM solutions that meet business requirements and enhance security posture. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful integration of SailPoint ISC with various applications and systems, enabling efficient identity governance and access management. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's security and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop SailPoint ISC solutions to automate identity lifecycle management processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and security policies.

- Implement and configure SailPoint ISC connectors, rules, and workflows to integrate with target applications and systems, streamlining user provisioning and de-provisioning.

- Develop and maintain RBAC models within SailPoint ISC to enforce least privilege access, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches.

- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SailPoint ISC configurations and integrations to resolve issues and ensure system stability.

- Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, to validate the functionality and performance of SailPoint ISC solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SailPoint ISC implementations, facilitating knowledge sharing and ongoing support.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices in SailPoint ISC development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

- Proven expertise in IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and access governance.

- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to SailPoint configurations and integrations.

- Experience in conducting UAT and ensuring the quality of SailPoint implementations.

- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation for SailPoint solutions.

- Excellent technical leadership skills to guide and mentor junior developers.

- Proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.

- Strong testing skills to validate the functionality and performance of SailPoint solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
