Role Overview :

As a SailPoint IIQ Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security architects, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of SailPoint IIQ with various enterprise applications and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in automating user provisioning, access certification, and compliance reporting, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes for various applications.

- Implement and configure SailPoint IIQ features such as access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance reporting to meet business requirements.

- Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, to ensure the quality and reliability of SailPoint IIQ implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ integrations and configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SailPoint IIQ implementations, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ features, including workflows, rules, and connectors.

- Strong understanding of RBAC principles and their application in SailPoint IIQ.

- Experience in conducting UAT and resolving issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementations.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ.

- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
