Title : SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer

Work Mode : Remote

Shift Timing : 2PM to 11PM

Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned IAM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to design, deploy, and support enterprise identity governance solutions, including brownfield migration projects.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize rules, workflows, and forms (before/after rules, provisioning plans, varfile deployment).

- Deploy and manage web service connectors, including authentication and aggregation steps.

- Integrate with Active Directory, ensuring mandatory attributes (employee ID/email).

- Troubleshoot and resolve RBAC issues, membership rules, and entitlement assignments.

- Capture and resolve lifecycle event issues in IIQ.

- Enhance workflows by adding conditions and levels as per business needs.

- Use GitHub/Jenkins/Node.js for code deployment and automation.

- Document and fix bugs, especially around RBAC and provisioning.

Skills Required :

- 7+ years of IAM experience, with deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ.

- Hands-on experience in migration projects (brownfield to SailPoint).

- Knowledge of native change detection and provisioning plans.

- Experience with connector deployment and authentication methods.

- Strong understanding of RBAC design and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/Jenkins) and scripting (Node.js).

- Workflow customization and conditional logic.

- Active Directory integration and attribute mapping
