We are looking for a SailPoint Developer with 5-10 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), workflow development, Java, and BeanShell. The ideal candidate should have experience in IIQ customization, workflow enhancements, integrations, reporting, and identity data management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SailPoint IIQ enhancements and technical solutions.

- Develop, customize, and enhance SailPoint IIQ workflows based on business and compliance requirements.

- Perform impact analysis for new integrations and enhancements.

- Review and customize SailPoint IIQ configurations and OOTB functionality where required.

- Develop and customize reports within SailPoint IIQ.

- Develop custom solutions using Java and BeanShell.

- Support integration development and configuration changes across SailPoint IIQ.

- Perform identity data cleanup and ensure accuracy and consistency of identity information.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.

- Conduct code/configuration reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.

- Collaborate with business, compliance, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver enhancements.

- Prepare technical documentation for workflows, customizations, integrations, and configuration changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in SailPoint development.

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Strong experience in IIQ workflow development and customization.

- Proficiency in Java and BeanShell.

- Experience customizing SailPoint's OOTB functionality.

- Experience with SailPoint configuration reviews, custom reports, and identity data management.

- Good understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance requirements.

- Experience with SailPoint integrations and impact analysis.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
