SailPoint Developer - Java

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow (IDN). The ideal candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering to deployment and post-production supportwhile ensuring adherence to security best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/IDN solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Participate in and lead requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and test case preparation.

- Develop, customize, and configure SailPoint components for client-specific use cases.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, collaborating with vendors when required.

- Support deployment activities, including environment setup, release management, and post-production hypercare.

- Ensure implementation of security best practices across all stages of the development lifecycle.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and provide handover support to clients and internal teams.

- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal creation and effort estimation.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct internal training sessions on SailPoint technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow (IDN).

- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as provisioning, certification, SSO, RBAC, and governance.

- Experience in Java development, BeanShell/Rule development, and SailPoint API integrations.

- Knowledge of web technologies (REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON).

- Experience with application onboarding, connectors, workflows, and lifecycle management in SailPoint.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks.
