Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint Core Development.

- Experience with SailPoint application onboarding (minimum 1 - 2 applications).

Hands-on experience in :

1. SailPoint Workflows

2. Rules development

3. SailPoint configuration

- Candidates should have development experience and should be able to work on customization and implementation activities.

Important Screening Criteria :

- Do not consider candidates who are primarily SailPoint Administrators or Support Engineers.

- The requirement is focused on development/customization, not administration, monitoring, or production support.

- Validate the candidate's actual contribution in SailPoint development projects before submission.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge or exposure to AI concepts/AI capabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
