Role overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Architect/Senior Lead with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to lead end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, customization, integrations, and implementation of enterprise-scale SailPoint solutions while providing technical leadership to delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end SailPoint ISC solutions

- Hands-on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

- Lead IGA strategy, architecture, and application integrations

- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor implementation teams

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (mandatory)

- Deep knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

- Experience in solution design, customization, and deployment

- Strong integration, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
