Job Title : Head of SaaS Product

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Reports to : CEO / Executive Leadership Team

Overview :

A visionary Head of SaaS Product to lead groundbreaking no-code QA Automation & Concurrency Testing platform. Built on 19 years of deep software services expertise, this AI-powered, high-tech solution has the potential to disrupt and replace legacy automation tools globally. This P&L-responsible leader will drive product strategy, market positioning, rapid customer acquisition, and global scaling from Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

P&L Ownership & Business Leadership :

- Full P&L accountability for the SaaS product, driving revenue growth, profitability, and ARR targets.

- Develop global go-to-market strategy targeting QA/DevOps teams across enterprises, product companies and mid-market.

- Set pricing strategy (freemium, tiered SaaS, enterprise licensing) and achieve aggressive revenue milestones.

Product Vision & Roadmap :

- Define future-ready product vision leveraging AI, no-code innovation, and concurrency testing capabilities.

- Translate market expectations into prioritized feature roadmaps through customer feedback and competitive analysis.

- Ensure product remains technology-leading with continuous innovation in QA automation, performance testing, and AI-driven insights.

Global Market Strategy & Positioning :

- Position the product as the ultimate no-code QA automation replacement for Selenium, Cypress, LoadRunner, and other legacy tools.

- Craft compelling messaging highlighting the expertise embedded in cutting edge AI technology.

- Target global markets with tailored strategies for US, Europe, APAC, and emerging regions.

Customer Acquisition & Growth :

- Build rapid customer acquisition engine through freemium trials, inbound marketing, partnerships, and direct sales.

- Lead sales cycles from discovery to enterprise deal closure across global time zones.

- Drive viral adoption through developer communities, QA forums, and marketplace listings (AWS Marketplace, Azure, etc.

Team & Operations Leadership :

- Assemble world-class product, engineering, and go-to-market and product support teams

- Oversee product engineering to maintain high availability, security, and scalability for global customers.

- Establish customer success framework ensuring high renewal rates and expansion revenue.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

Proven SaaS Leadership :

- 12+ years in SaaS product leadership with full lifecycle experience (ideation - launch - scale - $1 M+ ARR).

- Hands-on P&L ownership of developer tools, QA/testing, or DevOps SaaS products.

- Track record replacing legacy tools with modern, disruptive platforms.

Technical Product Expertise :

- Deep understanding of QA automation landscape (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).

- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, AI/ML in testing, and concurrency/performance testing.

- Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture (microservices, multi-tenant, serverless, observability).

Global Go-to-Market Experience :

- Proven success selling developer tools globally across US, Europe, and APAC markets.

- Experience with freemium ? enterprise sales motion and marketplace distribution.

- Strong competitive positioning against established players.

Business & Leadership Skills :

- Strategic thinker with execution excellence and customer obsession.

- Experience building Chennai-based teams serving global markets.

- Ability to work across multiple time zones (US/Europe/India).

Educational Background :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
