Role Purpose :

Support Site Discovery programme by identifying how Site data is created, governed, managed, and consumed across business and technology domains. The role will drive stakeholder engagement, source system discovery, data flow analysis, and governance documentation to support the future Site Master Data strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage business and technology stakeholders through interviews and workshops.

- Document the end-to-end Site lifecycle and associated business processes.

- Identify authoritative source systems and systems of record (SORs) for Site data.

- Define Site-related business subject areas, entities, and relationships.

- Inventory existing Site masters, local databases, and regional repositories.

- Identify downstream consumers and business use cases for Site data.

- Map end-to-end data flows between source systems, integrations, MDM platforms, and consuming applications.

- Support development of governance artefacts, ownership models, and data stewardship frameworks.

Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.

- Strong experience in Data Discovery, Data Governance, MDM, or Data Strategy initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

- Experience documenting business processes, data lineage, and system integrations.

- Ability to translate complex business and technology landscapes into clear artefacts and recommendations.

- Experience with data catalogue, governance, or MDM platforms is desirable.

- Comprehensive discovery of Site stakeholders, systems, and data flows.

- Clear identification of authoritative data sources and consumers.

- Documented Site lifecycle and governance model.

- Delivery of artefacts required to support Site Data Governance and Master Data Management strategy.

Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate is a senior Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in data discovery, data governance, MDM/data strategy, stakeholder workshops, source-system analysis, data lineage, and governance documentation. Experience working across complex business and technology landscapes is important. This is an offshore India-based role supporting the programme.
