Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Workstream Lead to drive end-to-end Q2C transformation initiatives across large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales, Billing, Revenue Management, and SAP BRIM solutions, along with proven experience leading complex enterprise transformation projects.

The role requires ownership of solution design, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of integrated Quote-to-Cash business processes across SAP S/4HANA and related SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Workstream Leadership :

- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Q2C workstream across implementation, transformation, rollout, and support programs.

- Drive business process transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

- Manage workstream planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Coordinate with program leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Define and lead solution architecture for Quote-to-Cash processes within SAP S/4HANA.

- Design scalable and integrated business solutions across :

1. Solution Quotation

2. Sales & Order Management

3. Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP)

4. Billing & Invoicing

5. Revenue Recognition

6. Finance Integration

- Review and approve functional designs, solution documents, and configuration deliverables.

SAP BRIM & Integration Management :

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM components including :

1. Subscription Order Management (SOM)

2. Convergent Charging (CC)

3. Convergent Invoicing (CI)

4. Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)

- Collaborate with integration teams to design and validate end-to-end business processes.

- Drive integration strategy across SAP and non-SAP applications.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management :

- Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and implementation teams.

- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and solution validation sessions.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates to leadership.

- Lead RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management activities.

Testing, Cutover & Go-Live :

- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

- Lead cutover planning and execution activities.

- Support go-live readiness assessments and production deployment.

- Drive hypercare support and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Governance & Quality Assurance :

- Establish workstream governance standards and delivery controls.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project methodologies.

- Monitor quality, timelines, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct design and configuration quality reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quote-to-Cash processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.

- SAP BRIM and RAR implementation experience preferred.

- Experience working in Public Sector transformation programs is an advantage.

Experience Requirement :

- Minimum 12+ years of SAP consulting experience.

- Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Quote-to-Cash workstreams in enterprise-scale transformation programs.

- Experience across implementation, rollout, and support engagements.
