Position : SAP Callidus Workflow Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Workflow Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CallidusCloud solutions, workflow configuration, incentive compensation processes, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting workflow solutions within the SAP Callidus ecosystem to optimize sales performance management and compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain workflows in SAP CallidusCloud applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable workflow solutions.

- Configure approval workflows, notifications, task assignments, and escalation mechanisms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compensation teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide optimal solutions.

- Support end-to-end implementation of SAP Callidus Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and related modules.

- Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

- Perform workflow testing, validation, and deployment activities.

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

- Ensure workflow processes comply with organizational policies and governance standards.

- Support integration between SAP CallidusCloud and other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.

- Participate in enhancement projects, upgrades, and system optimization initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 4- 8 years of experience in SAP CallidusCloud solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Callidus Workflow, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), and Sales Performance Management (SPM).

- Experience in workflow design, approval processes, and business process automation.

- Knowledge of compensation plans, commission calculations, and sales incentive programs.

- Understanding of SAP Callidus data models, reporting, and analytics.

- Experience with system integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms.

- Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP Callidus Commissions, Incentive Manager, or SAP Commissions.

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or CRM integrations.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

- SAP CallidusCloud certification is a plus.

- Experience in sales compensation transformation projects.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
