About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer (CSSA Certified) to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Pega frameworks, case management, and system integrations, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC

- Build and manage case management workflows, business rules, and UI components

- Develop and configure Pega frameworks, flows, and activities

- Integrate Pega applications with external systems and services

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and quality standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 68 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and design

- CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) Mandatory

- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC and enterprise application development

- Experience with Pega Constellation UI

- Proficiency in case management and workflow development

- Knowledge of PRPC frameworks, integrations, and database concepts (SQL Server)

- Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Educational Qualification :

- BE / B. Tech / BCA / MCA / ME / M. Tech or equivalent
