About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and driven SAP Consultant (Core) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP core modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

- Configure, customize, and implement SAP core modules

- Provide end-to-end support for SAP implementations and upgrades

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process improvements

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues efficiently

- Perform system testing, user training, and documentation

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within SAP systems

- Work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements

- Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP (Core modules)

- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and business processes

- Experience in SAP implementation/support projects

- Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills :

- SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience working in global/remote teams

- Exposure to Agile methodologies

- Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus
