Role Overview :

- Lead service delivery automation initiatives using RPA, AI, data science, and agentic AI.

- Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI and LLM-based automation solutions.

- Build scalable, revenue-generating AI products and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement agentic AI workflows integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.

- Define and execute automation strategy across RPA, AI, and data platforms.

- Lead proof-of-concepts and production deployments for LLM-based automation.

- Act as subject matter expert for Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and agent architectures.

- Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and transformation roadmaps.

- Serve as primary interface between clients and delivery teams.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and data scientists.

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery ensuring quality, timelines, and feasibility.

- Drive solution design, estimation, and value realization.

- Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure delivery continuity.

- Build internal AI tools and automation products for market differentiation.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in RPA platforms and intelligent automation.

- Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI architectures.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, ERP, APIs, and enterprise systems.

- Knowledge of data science, analytics, and business intelligence.

- Ability to design AI roadmaps and automation strategies.

- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams.

- Experience in solution design, estimation, and feasibility assessment.

- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.

Qualifications :

- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in automation, AI, or digital transformation.

- 8+ years in RPA, AI, and data-driven automation roles.

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience delivering LLM or agentic AI solutions.

- Demonstrable portfolio or case studies of enterprise AI or automation implementations.
