Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic RPA Lead to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation, particularly with tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and exposure to agentic automation technologies. The RPA Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing scalable automation solutions that align with business objectives.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive RPA solutions across various business functions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

- Manage RPA initiatives utilizing tools such as Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate driving efficiency and process optimization

- Explore and apply agentic automation frameworks to enhance intelligent automation capabilities staying at the forefront of technological advancements

- Collaborate with business stakeholders IT teams and process owners to identify manual processes suitable for automation ensuring seamless integration and execution

- Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to RPA developers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

- Ensure compliance with governance standards documentation and best practices maintaining the integrity and quality of all automation projects

- Monitor automation performance troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of RPA solutions

- Ensure accountability and customer focus in all AIRPA projects delivering solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations

- Contribute to the roadmap for intelligent automation and AIdriven process transformation aligning with the organizations strategic vision

- Leverage your extensive experience in RPA and automation tools to lead complex projects demonstrating strong problemsolving skills and strategic thinking
