RPA Developer - UiPath/Automation Anywhere

Role & responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.

- Create workflow designs and process documentation.

- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.

- Integrate bots with ERP, CRM, web applications, and databases.

- Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.

- Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.

- Collaborate with business users and project teams to gather requirements.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Job Specification (JS) :

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

- 4-6 years of software development or RPA development experience.

- Hands-on experience in at least one major RPA platform :

i. UiPath (Preferred)

ii. Automation Anywhere

iii. Blue Prism

iv. Power Automate
