RPA Developer

Role Overview:

As an RPA Developer, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and various business stakeholders across different functions to identify automation opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency. This role directly impacts our users and customers by automating repetitive, rule-based tasks, leading to faster service delivery, improved data accuracy, and significant cost savings, thereby contributing directly to our strategic business outcomes and fostering a culture of innovation. The position is based in our dynamic offices in Bangalore, Chennai, or Gurgaon/Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using leading platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate for various business units to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate effectively with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and analyze process requirements, ensuring automation solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver tangible business value.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices and security standards for continuous operational excellence.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots and UI automation scripts to identify and resolve issues promptly, guaranteeing reliable and error-free process execution.

- Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed RPA processes, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for further enhancements to maximize ROI and sustain long-term benefits.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions across various industries, with a strong focus on process analysis and solution design.

- Expertise in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate, including experience with UI automation techniques and bot deployment.

- Solid understanding of programming concepts, with hands-on experience in languages like C#, Python, or VB.NET, essential for complex bot development and integration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex business processes and translating them into efficient automation workflows.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, providing a strong foundation for technical excellence.
