Role Overview :

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing and deploying sophisticated automation solutions that drive business value.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and infrastructure architects, to translate complex manual processes into scalable digital workflows. Your work will directly influence the operational agility of our clients, ensuring that high-volume tasks are executed with precision, security, and minimal latency within their enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop robust UiPath automation workflows to optimize business processes and reduce manual intervention for global clients.

- Design and implement complex API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange between legacy systems and modern cloud-based platforms.

- Manage end-to-end RPA orchestration, ensuring high availability, load balancing, and performance monitoring of bots in production environments.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation code to ensure rapid, error-free deployment and version control across development lifecycles.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of technical quality, security, and maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade UiPath solutions with 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in the RPA domain.

- Proven ability to integrate automation workflows with REST/SOAP APIs and handle complex data structures to support end-to-end business logic.

- Strong command over RPA orchestration best practices, including queue management, asset configuration, and trigger-based execution.

- Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD workflows for automation, ensuring automated testing and deployment cycles are efficient.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment based in Hyderabad.
